RIBN wants to help you realize the full potential of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. Knowing your options during these times can determine the experience for you, your family, and your baby. RIBN can help you become
informed and allow for you to make confident, assured decisions
about your birth, before and after.

What We Do
The Rhode Island Birth Network is the new statewide resource guide serving pregnant, birthing and new families. Our website acts as an online childbirth education class that provides information, tools, options, and support for natural, medical and planned births. We connect families with health care professionals who work within the standards of the Mother-Friendly Initiative through our statewide resource directory and direct support. RIBN events are held throughout the year to offer services for families during pregnancy, birth and postpartum development.
